Hi, I’m Sarah Howley.

I gave my life to Christ as a child, though that has not kept me from making mistakes. Christ has taken me back every time, never leaving me. He has stood beside me through thick and thin.

God has taken those mistakes and the pain my mistakes have caused and turned them into joy.

The process of being transformed into the image of Christ, through the work of the Holy Spirit, and the indwelling of the Word leads to living out the abundant life we are promised. It certainly has for me.

My on-going transformation has developed a passion for helping others grow spiritually to be transformed through the Holy Spirit and the Word. Equipping you with Truth and God’s truth for you and your circumstances is what gets me fired up.

I hold a bachelors in communication and a masters in education. I am a trained counselor for the Chiesa Apostolica in Italia.

I aim to equip you to share in the abundant life that He offers. I write about once a week on the blog as well as publish Bible Studies and Christian nonfiction books, studies and courses which lead to healing through the Holy Spirit.
