You formed the mountains, a prayer

Lord our God

You hung the moon and set the sun in its place

You formed the mountains and carved out the flow of the waters

You created mankind and set us upon this rock

You knew before we came to this day

What we would set out to do

You set it before us and helped us accomplish it

So, accompany us today and give us the strength and wisdom to

Complete each task as you would have it done

May we be as wise as serpents and innocent as doves

May your Spirit speak for us in time in need

Come Lord Jesus, work in us today to be more like you

That we may bring glory and honor to you
